Hi, Does anyone have a copy of Phillips v TU? I have looked everywhere and every link I find is invalid. I need it to send to the CRAs in order to try to remove 4 authorized user accounts showing on my reports. The case is from WA state, where I from, so I thought it would be hard for the CRAs to argue against removing those accs. Also, does anyone have a sample letter asking for the removal of AU accs. , addresses ( old and wrong ) , and unauthorized inquiries?
