You would need a lawyer to draw up a new deed from you and your husband, deeding it to yourselves as tenants in the entirety.

This excellent protection against asset attack (if only one is involved) needs to be done by acquisition of title at the SAME TIME.

Please be aware, there ARE some possible problems,if there is a divorce or death, the surviving owner (if he/she is the debtor) is NO LONGER protected from seizure.
