Wow Patti. I had heard that JCP keeps really bad records...I am glad that it worked in your favor. Did you pay the full amount or did you settle with them(if so what percentage)? One last thing......if you don't mind me asking....what was your charge off balance with JCP? My charge off amount is around $1000. I am just wondering if they will bother trying to sue me on this amount. I know there are creditors out there that will sue for that amount and I want to find out if JCP is one of them.
