How can they charge me with fraud?? When I made the first payment (I thought I was paying Capital One). When I found out it was a CA I called them and talked with the guy and asked him about a letter stating that the account would be removed from my credit when/if paid. I said I would not be making another payment until I received a letter. He said he would have to talk to his supervisor and left me on hold. I finally hung up. He never called me back and then took it upon themselves by debiting my account. Can they charge me with fraud?? I never signed anything only talked on the phone with them.
