Wage garnishment is NOT allowed in TX. Your home is exempt also in TX, and probably your vehicle as well. On the joint account, if you are not the primary on the account, they cannot garnish that either. The only other recourse is for them to do an asset discovery to try to seize non-exempt assets. If you have none, then this person gets nothing.

On what grounds did he lose the first time ?
