I had the same thing happen with one of those scam CC companies. They kept taking out unathorized drafts out of our account. I just had the bank return them unpaid, and checked my balance daily. That way if the bastards try it again, just have them return the check. I'm sorry about the stop payment fee, they did that to me, too, but did not make me pay a return check fee.
