My situation is with all our debts out of the SOL time, thank goodness. But there is a judgment against me alone. So I was really wanting to know that they couldn't take our house. It isn't worth much anyway, but it is home. At least this information has given us peace of mind. My husband is disabled, so security is very important. And we are almost senior citizens too :-o!
