FACTS? OR CONFUSED?

People are telling me that whether I pay the debt or not, it will fall off after 7 years, some say it doesn't if it is unpaid. I have debts to expire in 2003. Another thing is, I have a hospital debt of $103 that was unpaid from 98 that I wasn't quite aware of... but it states that it is UNDETERMINED when it will expire. Next to it, it says Collections: Has located customer. Also, how come some of the things say at the bottom several different dates for delinquencies though I've never made payment? I am wrong for not having paid and having been stupid... young and stupid. But I want to make good of what I can. Please advise what the best next step would be. I need real advice and possible solutions. Debt Consolidation? Pay all debts? And what does COLLECTIONS and INSTALLMENTS fall under? How do I know if the original collector is still it or if it was in whole turned over to a CA? I don't know what or who some of these people are (though it may be my debts) but the dates don't match... as in, I wasn't in a city during hte dates stated. HELP!
