Yep there is no SOL on these suckers and I agree. Everytime something is on a federal level they make their own rules seperate from the rest of us yet the fools running this country continue to rip us off, cheat, steal, and get rich off the country and us. Have you ever noticed the smallest SOL states are where the rich live(cali,florida,d.c.).
