Well, they called work again. Again I asked them to communicate as I did through the USPS. They declined to do so and started getting really nasty. Telling me that I had no rights to be requesting an "agreement" with them and was I asking them to quit contacting me and refusing this debt. I clearly stated for the record.. "since we are being recorded... I am stating that I am not refusing payment, but wish to have a written agreement before any payments are made and wish all correspondence be done in writing". Should I send this conversation via CRR as well? Thanks for all the help.... can't wait to get these rude people off my back.
