Personally, I wouldn't fill it out. Sounds like they are fishing for a way to bring the loan current .. and what's the point if you can't live in the house ??? I sure as hell would NOT give them any bank account information and your child support, as you stated, is for your child, not for a house you can't live in.

Have you talked to any lawyers or anyone concerning this mess ?? I realize you didn't take a full inspection because of the cost, but even without that, it sounds like it was deceptive on the sellers part.
