I would love a fax number, phone number.. whatever you may have. I have never had someone be so rude to me before and literally tell me that because of an outstanding debt (which I am not even refusing to pay) that I have not rights to be treated like a human being.

I will send letter and fax out to them today requesting written agreements and that everything should be done in writing.

W&A representative told me that if I did this he would sue me. Guess my credits already bad so what more could that hurt?
