The other point is, its quite possible that W&A, by themselves, have no AUTHORITY to sue you !! Another FDCPA violation - threatening legal action that they cannot legally take or do not intend to take !! You need to keep a log of this stuff if you haven't already. IF they sue you, I'd counter-sue for FDCPA violations.

I'll see if I can find that fax number :)
