Its doubtful that they're considering anything except getting the loan current or proceeding with the foreclosure. You could certainly call to find out, can't hurt I suppose. If they weren't interested before, they're probably not interested now. Would none of these lawyers take your case on a contingency basis ?? I don't really know if that's reasonable in this type of case, but I would think the suit would at least include the recovery of your legal fees.
