I was more thinking a small group benefiting from this rather than a large group. Cali has hollywood. flordia has alot of rich hollywood type stars who have homes there and I hear stories about how they default all the time and nothing happens to them. D.C. has congree of course and if you even look at texas with the big oil down there they have alot of protections in that state. Granted the small consumer makes off well also but those with power seem to reap the benefits in the end.
