Dear Why, Is the SOl on open-ended CC contracts always 4 years here in California? Are there any special provisions in the Cali credit laws regarding accounts that were opened as a response to all those "pre-approved" offers? And if so, please point me towards the specific statutes. I am curious as to which types of contracts fall under the 2 year SOL. Thank you in advance! Hoping to get Lucky
