WhyChat -- SOL on phone bill?

WhyChat, breeze recommended I contact you for the answer to this question. DH received a letter today from a CA. It lists "Store Name: HFN-Southwestern Bell." This is either an old phone bill from '97 or a cell phone contract from '98. I don't know which. Both are from MO. We now live in FL. Breeze mentioned that, either way, this might fall under UCC and not qualify as a written contract but, rather, "purchase of goods and services, UCC." What would the SOL be on this? Also, where can I read more about the UCC? Thanks for your help. wekiva
