Tx has complete homestead exemption and no wage garnishment.

However, it IS a community property State,so to protect yourself you need to make sure your accounts are out of reach of liens. If you have assets such as cars etc. you need to go to my website, scroll down to BK exemptions,and click on Texas. the BK exemptions are the same for judgments.
