You have one of the scummier agencies after you. This company IS Osi. Wait the 30 days for the validation. They must mark your credit report tradeline as in dispute. After 30 days if they ignore you then send them another letter only give them 15 days. Then send a 48 hour intent to sue. Then sue. File a complaint with the ftc and bbb.
