Filing Chapter 7 maybe have seen Attorney LADY IN RED or WHY CHAT?

well it looks like I am probably going to file Chapter 7 as an individual. Had the attorney look at our Deed on the property and he says even though the specific words "joint tenancy in its entirety" is not on the deed it says deeded to xx and xx " husband and wife" accomplished the same. He ask lots and lots of questions, and appears to know what he is doing. Does that sound ok to you?
