We got the 59 dollar fee Cap 1 for fiance in NOV 2002 with a limit of 250. She had good car payment and sears card near max of 1500, a vol repo and a old chargeoff.Scores around 575. This week in Feb 2003 maybe a 90 day reevalution automatically as a letter arrived saying they upped her to 1000 limit.
