If they are a law firm acting as a collection agency they have to follow the same requrements as a collection agency. If they are not bonded in Mt. which they are not because Mt. does not require bonding, then they are not allowed to collect in Wash. Plus if they are threatening legal action, they are no allowed to do that as thy are not licensed to practice in Wash.
