I am getting my paperwork ready to file for bankruptsy in Alaska.. and I have found alot of things in my credit report that I don't understand... What does it mean when it is listed as Charge Off to bad credit, or bad debt.. and will filing bankruptsy pay off those, or do they go unpaid?
