I think we need a few more details on what exactly it is you did. Financeda home and signed for someone to take over the payments ?

What EXACTLY do you mean by this ?

You took out the loan, your name is on the mortgage - or so I assume.

If YOUR name is on the mortgage legitimately, no matter WHO is making the payments, the mortagage is literally YOUR credit obligation and you're NOT going to get it off your credit report unless that other someone finances it for themselves - essentially buying it from you.
