My whole basis for complaint is that I didn't file bk and it is showing on this account that I did. I realize the class action only applies to co-signers, however, this case is more about having a falsely reported account constitute as libel, since I did not file bk and when I applied for credit, the lender stated information obtained from this CRA indicated I had indeed filed. This CRA is aware that I have not filed bk, but continues to report this information. The bk was discharged while we were still legally married. I don't know if this has any bearing or not. I understand your point about being 100% liable for the debts, as this would be true in most situations. I am currently researching the different aspects of this particular case, as each case has it's own details and circumstances. I am aware that this may come back on me. Hopefully, I have enough evidence to show that it can't (other extenuating circs involving the actual debt itself). Thanks Ladynred, Your insight is always so valuable. nc
