If you were actually legally served, rather than having mail forwarded to you,and you signed for the service, then a regular judgment could be obtained against you and executed against any properties you have in Pa. as well as being filed in Fl. for execution against you here.

If they have to refile in Fl.and it is in the hands to a collection agency, they would have to be licensed in Fl.

I don't know, (and don't want to know) the details of your debts or what you stand to lose in a judgment, but you should at least get some legal advice about your options to fight the judgments.

If you look for a lawyer in your area, get a recomendation from someone you trust, or call the Fl Bar Assoc.
