It is unlawful for a creditor to change your payment history. MBNA and other creditors are bound by the Federal Banking Regulations & rules and laws of thir individual states (MBNA - Delaware) Which prohibits correction to your payment history exept in instences of a bank error. If you can proof its a bank error, the bank will corrct your delinquency history, otherwise you cant do anything.
