Dear Scott; This sounds unusual. Just a few weeks ago received an acknowledgement letter from FL Dept. Banking & Finance, Div. Investigations. They were sent my letter addressed to the FL Dept. Agriculture, who used to handle these complaints. They stated that my concerns fell within their bailiwick. Nothing to effect that CA's have protection from mephistopheles' cracker half-brothers. CA's may have more to account for at hands of FTC, but FL does have some sway over them.
On the other hand, given how the insurance and banking rodentia seem to have this state in a deathlock....We await your every report with eager dread.
