I was emailed first that the department of Agri would handle it. then they emailed me and said that no no it is the finance department that now handles this stuff. I never joined with the suit because I have no debts with camco. I do this because I hate what they do to others not myself. I will speak with the attorney for the class action tomorrow but what he is saying and the finance guy is the same thing. they did file but cannot hold camco to the fdcpa. The attorney called camco and its employees judgement proof and he was thinking of going after the OCs who sell these debts.
