I know that there are several people here from Texas that has had bad dealings with RJM Acquisitions. RJM could care less about our rights, much less the various letters we send them. As most of you already know, Texas requires all “Third Party Debt Collectors” to have a surety bond on file with the Secretary of State. RJM Acquisitions does not have the required bond on file, and therefore they are acting illegally by attempting to collect on debts in the Texas. If you have had dealing with them in the past, please take a moment to fill out a simple online complaint form with the Attorney General against RJM Acquisitions for not having posted the required surety bond. This company is VERY unscrupulous and they need to be taught a lesson. They have total disregard for everybody’s rights and feel that the FDCPA, FCRA, and State laws do not apply to them. If the Attorney General receives 1 complaint today, he might look into it, but if he receives 5, 10, 15, or 25 he will look into it. It will only take a few minutes of your time, and it might not only help you, but others as well. I will post the link to the online complaint form, and all of the required RJM information. I will post this on several credit boards today in hopes of generating as many complaints as possible.
