Thanks Ladynred! I guess he'll be stuck with the info on the report, because we didn't close them prior to going to CCCS. I just assumed that since we voluntarily went to CCCS and requested their services that we were, in fact, closing our credit cards, but I guess that's not how it works.

I don't know of any fraud alert on my credit report, but you never know do you? I DID order it by phone with no problem whatsoever, but I just thought it was odd that I couldn't get it online.
