If you co-signed on the loan, you would have had to be given copies of all repo documents at the time. Since this was not done, you were and are completely NOT liable for any deficiency.

Start by disputing with the CRA, about the notation of "included in BK". There are some BIG lawsuits that CRAs have lost on this subject.

Be honest, but not overly informative. Dispute the account by stating that this was NOT your account, that you never filed BK, that the account and BK was for (give his name) your ex husband, whom you divorced (give date).

State that this report is not only inaccurate, but a violation of the Bankruptcy Act by falsely reporting a BK on your report.
