Your new spouse will in NO WAY be liable for any part of your debts. Even if you live in a community property state, anything pre-marital is considered separate and not part of the "community".
Your BK now should have NO effect on your future-spouse's credit. The only effect will be anything credit you try to get jointly. And, as Scott pointed out, a mortage does NOT have to be in both names. If his credit is good enough to support the loan, then the bank should accept it.
