Are you SURE the judgment was actually entered on the record?

Check on line- or with the Court, your settlement could have prevented it actually being entered, if so, get a copy from the court of the dismissal, or file a motion for dismissal. Once you have that, you can use my letter to HC providers to get the acconts removed from you report.
