They Don't give up

Had a message on machine from TriAdvantage - this time from the 2nd person - must be their Superviser gave up, he never did call me at work like he said he would if I din't return his call that night (this was last week).

Question: What are the chances they would go for a judgement and if so how long before they would do that?

Question 2: Where can I find a letter to send to the Credit Card people to see if they would take monthly payments?
