WhyChat - I did send a validation letter, and they sent me back a copy of the original loan document that my ex and I both signed. The only other documentation they sent was a copy of a fax from liquidation/litigation tracking system, with a handwritten note at the bottom about my ex filing bankruptcy. How would I go about contacting the SBA or filing complaints?
