never filed bk it says i did & spouce ?

i got another one for yens, my sister is 20 now and starting when she was 15-16 she got a copy of her credit report and it says she has filed bankrupcy. she never did besides that she was a minor and couldn't get credit anyway. so who can she see about getting this taken off? she just signed up for a cell phone and got the denile letter the other day and it said no because of a derogatory public record (minesaid that too but i filed bk last yr).
okay here is a arugement between me and my mother. she sadi she needs to get a devorce to clear her debts because all her x spouces things our on her report. i told her they are only on there if they were jointly! she said no because they were married thats why they are on there. someone tell me who is right is it either: you make joint debt and its on there or is it he is you spouce and if he has a debt you do too because he is you spouce?
