Hi whychat. I am looking for the part of the bankruptcy act that states a bk cannot be reported on someones credit report if they did not file. I had the post below regarding the repo and the cra/oc reporting of the bk on my report when I didn't file. I am interested in reading this specific clause that states the violation, but I have tried to read the bk act and cant find it. Thanks whychat. If you could give me a pointer and/or post a link to help me find the inof, I would really appreciate it.
