Anyway I've already copied both letters and plan to take your's (and Scott's) advice. I did stumble accross something called a "Merge Match Report" that may be what he was fudging around ... it looks like a multiple-sourced report on homebuyer-applicants. (see link) However if a past-SOL item appeared on this report, wouldn't that be illegal as well?
