I have found myself in a position where I have accumulated quite a bit of credit card debt spread out over 3 different credit cards. I have come to the conclusion that the best, and maybe the only, way to pay it off is to tackle the debt one credit card at a time. What is the best way to avoid having the other credit cards sue me while I am paying down the first and so on? Also, I don't own a home or have many other assets, am I 'judgement proof'? Will they still sue me if I am judgement proof? I appreciate any advice/information anyone can provide. Thank you.
