My fiance and i moved from Arizona to another state. I bought a car for $17,000 and the balance is still about the same. The interst is 18% and just can't afford it anymore. My question is if I let them repo the car and transport it back to Arizona and they sell it for $12,000, am I liable for the other $5,ooo. Also, my fiance has good credit, will this hurt him after we are married.
