Here's a Re: for everyone. I had recieved a letter from this company many months ago. When I called to investigate it, (I had cleared the check that I did bounce with the owner of the company, I worked there)the person that answered was nice enough but the next guy was out of control. Telling me that I needed to beat my head with things to get it through my skull and that I was going to jail and telling me I was a lo'-life and such. All I was trying to do was get the info. He eventually hung up on me after several threats of jail and charges and all that. So I called back, and this time I wanted to speak to the manager; guess what, it was the same guy. So now I am getting pissed you can imagine. I just had three or four words in when he hung up on me again. And like any smart man would do, I called my mom. She called NCC and talked to the same guy. She also got the same results. Now is the time for the big guns. I call Perkins to speak to the Manager, my old friend. She helped me out, I had the office number for the owner and the accountant, Which know me enough to remember me. Then I call my aunt, which works in the Att. Gen. office, get transfered to the man that investigates these cases and now a report form is in the mail and is wanted back, and they are serious. They also gave me the number to the Dept. of Comm.Investigations and they are the ones that can jump across state lines, they are interested as well. So, I am going to record some conversations with my guy at National Check Control and see where this takes me.
