I need help fast!! Simm Assoc.

I sent a val/c&d/dispute letter to Simm Assoc. 2-8-03. Received a phone message on my machine today (I was attending my grandmothers funeral) that said they must speak to me immediately, and that they could not answer any of my questions until they spoke to me on the phone. I received a phone call from them 2 weeks ago today that said they had the results of my asset investigation, and I sent the CRRR letter 2 days later. Are they now in violation since I included the C&D, and is there ANY reason why I should call them? Thanks, patti
