Hopefully Why Chat or Lawguy will be around in the morning and suggest a response to the lawsuit. I'll make 2 sugestions. First thing tomorrow, go to the police station and file a fraud compliant. If you've any idea who could be behind this, give 'em up. Next, get a copy of your credit report from each CRA and see if any more mischief is on it.
