How much is the judgment for? Are you SURE you are dealing with the OC who actually placed the judgment?

You cannot have it "vacated" by paying it. You cannot even have it marked as "satisfied" unless the OC is willing to furnish you with a complete release and satisfaction of judgment. You cannot get a judgment removed from your credit reports, paid or unpaid. How long has it been on? What was the filing date and what State are you in?
