You might want to check for a judgement associated with that debt also. My mom was in the exact same situation as you and it came to light when she tried to buy a house. Turns out they got a judgement after her bankruptcy and would have had a lien against her home if she closed. She found this out one(1) day before closing. She lucked out because the judgement was to expire in 2 weeks, so all she had to do was wait until the day after it expired. But, luckily her closing attorney was on the ball because she would have been screwed.
So, watch out for that Montgomery wards entry.
