I am alittle confused on the repo SOL. If it was a voluntary repo. DH took the truck back to the dealer and said here take it. Then the SOL is 2 yrs? or does it go by the state your in. Was repoed in 1-98 in Oklahoma, which SOL in OK is 5 yrs and we now live in AZ which SOL is 6 yrs. So what is it 2, 5, or 6yrs? We haven't be bothered for a few months by Calvery Investments, does that mean they put us on the back burner or are they being sneaky about something. We haven't sent them an sol letter yet, should we do that now or just wait until they start bothering us. I was told by a friend they can say we got served, but in reality we haven't and they can go to court and get a judgement lying to the judge that we have been served. Is that a possibility?

Thank you this site is so wonderful.
