Can they get a judgement if you haven't been served? Don't you have to sign for something first saying you have been served? I am in the same situation as Bry and am reading all post regarding this issue. My DH never got any paper work on the repo or sale of the vehicle. Not sure what to send the scumb bags. Like I said before I am afraid they have something up there sleeves, because we haven't heard anything from them for a few months. Before that they called all the time.
