Looks like the first one is from the original creditor - FCNB for Spiegel. Last activity of 8/96 means the SOL HAS run out. That charge-off date being 'reported' 8/98 isn't the actual charge-off date.

The 2nd one looks like a dupe of the first. If you have any old statements from this Spiegel account, I'd dig them out. You could probably dispute this one as either 'not mine' as you don't 'recognize the account number'. It appears they've either added interest or illegal collection fees.

The 3rd one is equally suspicious with that 'opened' date. It could be when Midland actually bought it.

You can have multiple CA's reporting to your CR, that's legal, but this multiple entry mess doesn't look right. Once you get rid of this 'atty' with the SOL argument, I'd dispute all of them with the CRA's and see what happens. WhyChat has a letter you may be able to use to dispute expired SOL debts and get htem removed.
