Have you called the court where the original judgment was entered to find out if its still valid ? If you've paid it, it should have been listed as 'satisfied' and dropped off your credit report. If, for some reason, it wasn't 'satisfied' and was renewed, then you need to find out, now. If its been satisfied and there's no valid judgment I'd ignore the CA entirely.

This CA wouldn't be CAMCO would it ?
